Vendor Details

• Please make sure you plan to show up and stay for the duration of the event. Your booth must be covered by a representative from your organization for the entire event. Please do not close up and leave early.
• Bring your own table and chairs and any other items for your individual setup.
• Be set up on time and ready to welcome attendees by the start of the event.
• Bring your own handouts and giveaways.
• You may offer activities at your booth, or anything interactive that you like. You are responsible for running and managing the activity.
• You are encouraged to have any handouts that you bring in multiple languages
