Our goal is to reach minorities and medically underserved population, of all ages, offering free screenings, preventive maintenance education, and counseling services to those who lack access to health care due to geographic or economic restrictions. Your participation will provide an opportunity to reach within our community and provide information that would improve & change the lifestyle of individuals in attendance. We are looking forward to sharing this opportunity.
