This year's annual meeting we will cover a range of topics and opportunities to address cancer across the continuum in Indiana. Join us as we look forward to a day full of cross-collaboration and networking with our state's knowledgeable and passionate cancer advocates!

Since 2003, the Indiana Joint Asthma Coalition has been working to reduce the burden of asthma in Indiana. This summit will address environmental triggers related to asthma and housing, the perils of second- and third-hand smoking, and the exploration of myths surrounding exercise and asthma.

We welcome the community to attend this event to learn more about the resources available in their area, specific to whatever healthcare needs they have. This is a free event for the community to attend! We will have providers in the area, as well as public resources to learn more about. We hope that you can attend this one-stop-shop for your healthcare needs

Guardians Strengthening Guardians is monthly caregiver gathering for African American men who care for loved ones impacted by cancer. Being a caregiver can be challenging. This monthly gathering is intended to be a place where individuals facing common issues can connect with each other to discuss experiences, difficulties, and successes.

Support groups offer a safe space where fellow patients can come connect with each other to discuss their experiences, difficulties, and successes in their cancer journey. The Brothers Strengthening Brothers Through Survivorship Group provides support for African American men with any type of cancer diagnosis, at all stages of treatment or recovery, to support, empower, and learn from each other.

In cooperation with Clark County's Community Action Team, come join us for a day filled with fun and celebration as we shower expecting mothers and families with love and support. This in-person event will be held at 201 E 15th St on May 18th, 2024. Enjoy door prizes, goodies, and more. Let's come together as a community to celebrate new beginnings and growing families. Car seat checks are also available. We can't wait to see you there!

The Papa House is addressing black women’s mental health across three generations by engaging daughters ages 12-17 in conversation with their mothers and grandmothers. Dinner Provided; No Pre-registration required

This 90-minute hybrid webinar will feature speakers from a variety of organizations in the Indianapolis area speaking about how residents can access opportunities to engage in activities to support their respiratory and overall health. To learn about how improving our environment improves our health outcomes for chronic diseases like asthma. A Q&A session will follow the speakers and digital resources featuring speaker and InJAC coalition information will be provided.
